"OK experience overall— I had a pre-NCT check done on my 2011 Yaris and was told the suspension needed to be replaced. I got it replaced, but at the NCT apt I was told I was missing a crucial cap on the new suspension and that my brake line was pitted. I was surprised about the brake line, and took the NCT fail sheet back here. They fixed the suspension again for free, but weren’t able to replace the brakes so I had to go elsewhere. Staff were nice and apologetic, but I would probably recommend going elsewhere if you have an older car with more wear and tear."
